Her name is Brooke Renae

Hello Everyone!
Thanks for coming to our blog! This is our first blog, but we assure you more is to come. We know that so many people are interested in news about our baby so we thought this might be a good way of passing out that news. We did previously have a babysite thing going on...but it had some issues. We are currently 20 weeks pregnant and just found out last week that we are having a little girl! We couldn't be more excited! During the ultrasound we had the opportunity to watch her in action for about 30 minutes and we were both glued to the screen watching her every movement. We might be biased but she looked adorable to us already. :-) We are hoping she joins us in this big world sometime in late November.
Joel & I (and Brooke) are going on vacation this week and we are all so excited! We head first to Lexington, KY to spend some time with Joel's grandparents. We are going to videotape them so Brooke can get to know them as well! Then we are driving up to Indianapolis where Sarah's parents are currently located. I'm sure they won't believe how big "mommy" has become in the last couple of weeks. :-)
